POSITION SUMMARY
Office Administrators are responsible for general administration tasks within the office environment. The Office Administrators role will include working closely with our team leads by handling all clerical duties, coordinating calendars, and scheduling estimates.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Expectations include, but are not limited to the following:
· Carrying out all clerical duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing contracts.
· Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, etc.
· Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable and enrolling new clients.
· Ability to communicate with lead teams.
· Basic math and budgeting skills.
· Complying with safety/employment regulations interpreted in employee manuals and/or other work related documents.
· Mandatory attendance to work related functions if required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Clean criminal background.
· High School Diploma or GED.
· Strong customer service skills.
· Professional phone communication skills.
· Understand basic computer skills (excel, word, email, and other software).
· 1 year office admin experience preferred.
· Ability to time manage.
· Detail Oriented.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE POSITION.
The office administrator should have the ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and telephones. Good manual dexterity is essential for tasks such as typing, filing, and handling paperwork. Vision requirements include the ability to read printed and on-screen documents. While the position does not entail heavy lifting or strenuous physical activity, employees may be required to stand, walk short distances, and engage in occasional light lifting or carrying of office supplies. Additionally, the employee should be capable of maintaining focus and concentration in a standard office environment.
